We'd like to measure, in aggregate, which public pages are viewed (Google Analytics), and whether our ads on Google and on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) led to a sign-up, a print request or a purchase (Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and reports from our server to Meta). One answer covers all of them, and nothing runs unless you accept. Your email address reaches Meta only as a one-way hash, so the address itself is never handed over. No names, phone numbers or order content are sent, and we build no remarketing audiences. Privacy policy
For publishers of local papers, magazines and booklets — and the businesses that advertise in them
The same file that went to print becomes a page-turning digital booklet with a link in the paper's name. The ads can be tapped — phone, WhatsApp, website — and, depending on the plan, advertisers see how many times readers tapped them.
No credit card, no app for readers. Start with your own publisher account or through your print shop — and your next issue goes out digital too.
A sample magazine published on Drapress, with clickable ads. Every business in it is fictional. Turn its pages and tap an ad — on a phone or a computer.
Everything is built from the issue's file. Nothing is redesigned.
Not a random code: the paper's name and the issue number. Send it on WhatsApp, by e-mail or on social media; it opens on any phone or computer, with no app and no sign-up. If you choose, readers can reach the earlier issues from there too.
Pages turn with a page-turn sound, and anyone can mute it with one tap. A phone shows one page, a wide screen a spread.
A phone, WhatsApp, website, directions or e-mail written in an ad is found in the file's text and offered for approval. You or the print shop approve, and an ad can also be marked by hand. A reader taps and reaches the advertiser.
How many times the booklet was opened and how many visits reached each page, as daily totals — and how many taps each ad got, depending on the plan. The report prints or copies — all of it, or one advertiser alone.
From the booklet, your browser makes a short video turning from the cover inwards, with the link at the end — for a status, a story or a post. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Sign up as a publisher, upload your issue's PDF and publish. The same booklet, the same link in your paper's name, the same clickable ads and the same report.
Three steps, from the approved issue to the report.
Your paper is a standing job at your print shop on Drapress. Every issue goes through the usual approval: the same file, the same proof.
In your account at the print shop you press “Publish digital booklet”, choose the link's name and share it — on WhatsApp, by e-mail or as the video.
Readers tap an ad and reach the advertiser. The report shows the opens — and the taps, depending on the plan — and you send each advertiser their own numbers.
When the paper also comes out as a digital booklet, your ad does not stay a picture: a reader taps — and calls, sends a WhatsApp message, opens your website or gets directions. And at the end there is a number: how many tapped.
One tap from the ad to your phone, WhatsApp, website, directions or e-mail. And, where the publisher’s plan includes it, a count of the taps on your ad, by day.
That the paper also comes out as a digital booklet on Drapress, that your ad is marked as tappable, and that you get its report.
That the phone, the WhatsApp number and the website are written clearly in the ad — text in the file is found for sure. An ad that is all picture is read too and offered for approval; anything missed is marked by hand.
The message is ready — send it to your publisher:
Hello, we advertise with you and would like our ad to be tappable in the paper's digital booklet — phone, WhatsApp and website — and to get its tap report. It is possible through the print shop, with Drapress. The details are here: https://drapress.com/for-publishers
The digital booklet is also part of the print shop's Drapress system. Here too, publishing is in your hands: from your account at the print shop, on an issue approved for print.
The message is ready — send it to your print shop:
Hello, we print our paper/booklet with you and would like the next issue to come out as a digital booklet on Drapress too: a link in the paper's name, ads that can be tapped and a report for advertisers. Can you open a customer account for us? The details are here: https://drapress.com/for-publishers
With your own publisher account: a monthly plan by the number of editions, and your first booklets are free — prices are on the pricing page. Through your print shop: the booklet is part of the print shop's Drapress subscription, and if the shop charges for it, that is between you and the shop.
No. The booklet opens in the browser, on a phone or a computer, with no sign-up and no password.
Daily totals only: how many times the booklet was opened, how many visits reached each page and how many times each ad was tapped. We do the counting ourselves, with no cookies, no identifier and no third party, and it does not store the IP address. The publisher and the print shop see the numbers.
It stays the source, as always. The booklet is built from the page images of the approved issue. Readers cannot download the print file; a screenshot of a page we cannot prevent.
Only the publisher: the account admin, or whoever approves printing at the customer. Publishing can be withdrawn at any moment, and the link stops working within a few minutes. The print shop can remove a booklet after a complaint.
Anyone who receives the link. The link is not password-protected and is not shown in search results — the distribution is yours: WhatsApp, e-mail, social media and the video.
Yes. Every booklet has a daily viewing cap, so the service stays steady for everyone. On an unusually busy day the booklet may pause until the next day; nothing is deleted.
The automatic detection finds phones and links written as text in the file. For an ad that is all picture, the ads editor reads the picture itself and suggests the phones, websites, e-mails and WhatsApp numbers it finds — you check and approve them. Anything it misses is marked by hand.
The same file, the same proof, and one more link to send to readers. Start with your own publisher account, or through your print shop.
The illustrations on this page are for illustration only and are not screenshots of the current screen. Publishing a booklet is the publisher's own decision and responsibility; for those who print, the printing price and terms are set with the print shop.
